1. 基本方針

meltchat は、現実で会った人と24時間だけつながるためのチャットです。アカウント登録はなく、収集する情報は動作に必要な最小限にとどめ、部屋が終わると会話は消えます。

2. 取得する情報と保持期間

• 端末識別子（アプリ・ブラウザごとにサーバーが発行するランダムな ID と認証トークン）：チケット残数・PRO 状態の管理に使用。アプリを削除するかブラウザのデータを消すまで
• 部屋のメッセージ・参加者の名前・識別色：部屋の終了時（作成から24時間、延長時はその期限）に完全に削除
• 通報された部屋のログ（メッセージ・参加者の名前）：通報から最長90日で削除
• 同じ相手と生存中の部屋を共有しているかの判定用ハッシュ：部屋の終了まで
• 部屋を作った時刻（荒らし対策の作成回数の制限に使用）：24時間
• 再接続リクエスト用のハッシュ（2人部屋のみ、元の2人の組を不可逆に変換したもの）：部屋の終了から24時間
• プッシュ通知トークンと表示言語：通知の送信のみに使用
• 購入記録（取引 ID・商品 ID）：購入の検証と復元に使用
• PRO 購入時の Sign in with Apple / Google の識別子（sub のみ。名前・メールアドレスは保存しません）：購入の復元と機種変更に使用
• 利用状況の集計（延長の投票・成立、再接続リクエストの回数。本文や名前は含みません）

3. 取得しない情報

位置情報・連絡先・写真へのアクセスは一切求めません。カメラは QR コードの読み取りにのみ使用し、映像は保存も送信もしません。広告は表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングも行いません。

4. 通信と暗号化

通信はすべて TLS で暗号化されます。通報への対応とブロックの判定をサーバーで行うため、エンドツーエンド暗号化は採用していません。

5. 外部サービス

• Cloudflare（サーバー・データベース）
• Firebase Cloud Messaging（プッシュ通知の配信のみ）
• Apple App Store / Google Play（課金）

6. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。

7. 削除の請求

端末識別子に紐づく情報（チケット残数・購入記録・アカウント紐付け）の削除は、下記の問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

1. Our approach

meltchat is a chat for staying connected for 24 hours with people you have met in person. There is no account registration, we collect only what is needed to run the service, and conversations are deleted when a room ends.

2. Information we collect and how long we keep it

• Device identifier (a random ID and token issued by our server per app or browser): used to manage tickets and PRO status, kept until you delete the app or clear browser data
• Room messages, participant names and colors: fully deleted when the room ends (24 hours after creation, or the extended deadline)
• Logs of reported rooms (messages and participant names): deleted within 90 days of the report
• A hash used to check whether you already share a live room with someone: kept until the room ends
• Times you created rooms (used to limit rapid room creation against abuse): 24 hours
• A hash for reconnection requests (two-person rooms only, an irreversible transformation of the pair): kept for 24 hours after the room ends
• Push notification token and display language: used only to send notifications
• Purchase records (transaction ID and product ID): used to verify and restore purchases
• The Sign in with Apple / Google identifier when you buy PRO (the sub value only; we do not store your name or email): used to restore purchases and move to a new device
• Aggregate usage events (extension votes and agreements, reconnection requests; no message text or names)

3. Information we do not collect

We never ask for access to your location, contacts or photos. The camera is used only to scan QR codes, and images are neither stored nor sent. We show no ads and do no advertising tracking.

4. Encryption

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. We do not use end-to-end encryption because reports and blocking are handled on our server.

5. Third-party services

• Cloudflare (servers and databases)

• Apple App Store / Google Play (payments)

6. Disclosure

We do not share collected information with third parties except as required by law.

meltchat 是一款与现实中见过的人只连接24小时的聊天应用。无需注册账号，我们只收集运行所需的最少信息，房间结束后对话即被删除。

2. 收集的信息与保存期限

• 设备标识（服务器为每个应用或浏览器发放的随机 ID 和令牌）：用于管理延长券与 PRO 状态，保存至删除应用或清除浏览器数据为止
• 房间内的消息、参与者名字与识别颜色：房间结束时（创建后24小时，延长时为延长后的期限）完全删除
• 被举报房间的记录（消息与参与者名字）：自举报起最长90天内删除
• 用于判断是否与同一对象共享存续中房间的哈希：保存至房间结束
• 创建房间的时间（用于防止滥用的创建次数限制）：24小时
• 重新连接请求用的哈希（仅限两人房间，对两人组合的不可逆转换）：房间结束后保存24小时
• 推送通知令牌与显示语言：仅用于发送通知
• 购买记录（交易 ID 与商品 ID）：用于验证和恢复购买
• 购买 PRO 时 Sign in with Apple / Google 的标识（仅 sub，不保存名字和邮箱）：用于恢复购买和更换设备
• 使用情况统计（延长投票与成立、重新连接请求的次数；不含消息内容和名字）

3. 不收集的信息

我们绝不请求访问位置信息、通讯录或照片。相机仅用于扫描二维码，影像既不保存也不发送。不显示广告，也不进行广告追踪。

4. 加密

所有通信均通过 TLS 加密。由于举报处理与屏蔽判定在服务器上进行，我们不采用端到端加密。

5. 外部服务

• Apple App Store / Google Play（支付）

6. 向第三方提供

除法律要求外，我们不会向第三方提供所收集的信息。
